Because our products are intangible digital goods, our refund and cancellation policies differ from those of physical goods. This policy complies with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules under Indian law. Please review these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellations

Before Download/Delivery: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the digital file has not yet been delivered to your email or accessed/downloaded from your account.
After Download/Delivery: Once a digital product link is accessed, downloaded, or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Because digital products are immediately accessible and cannot be physically returned, all sales are considered final once downloaded. We do not offer standard refunds, returns, or exchanges for “change of mind.”

However, under Indian consumer protection guidelines regarding digital deficiencies, you are entitled to a full refund or exact replacement only in the following specific scenarios:

Non-Delivery: You successfully completed the payment, but the product delivery email or download link was never provided.
Corrupted File: The file provided is completely broken, corrupted, or cannot be opened, and our support team is unable to provide a working copy.
Incorrect Product: You received a completely different digital file or code than what was advertised on the product page (excluding software update for more features in future).

Mandatory Claim Timeframe: Any claims for the issues listed above must be raised within 3 days of the purchase date. You must provide valid proof (e.g., screenshots of errors, payment receipts) when contacting support.

3. Strictly Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

Change of Mind: You no longer need the product or purchased it by mistake.
Skill Level: You lack the technical knowledge (e.g., PHP, Arduino IDE, ESP32 flashing) required to use, modify, or implement the code.
Compatibility: You encounter hardware or software compatibility issues with your specific personal setup that was not explicitly stated as supported in the product description.
Missing “Expected” Features: You expected features, layouts, or functionalities that were not explicitly listed on the product page.
Failure to Read: You failed to read the product description, specifications, or prerequisites before purchasing.

4. Support & Assistance

We are fully committed to helping you succeed with your purchase. Instead of refunds for technical hurdles, we provide limited technical assistance for our products, including:

Bug fixes (if the error originates within our original, unmodified code).
Basic setup guidance on how to upload or run the file.
Clarification on intended usage.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes raised via your bank or payment gateway without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team may result in a permanent account ban and potential legal action if fraudulent misuse is detected.

6. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
